Working Pattern: 40 hours per weekMonday to Friday07:00am - 3:00pmFull training will be providedRewards: 20 days' annual leave (Pro-rata)Uniform ProvidedCompany Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Company Events The Role: Providing the highest level of housekeeping/Cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients' specificationsResponding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous mannerProviding a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wideEnsuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibilityEnsuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment and machines used during hours of work and all the equipment is left cleanAll offices, toilets, and amenity areas to be presented clean and tidyComply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standardsComply with all HACCP regulations as necessaryFollow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materialsReport defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces or any other Health and Safety issuesPlan daily cleaning routes to ensure efficient travel between multiple sites.Maintain a schedule to meet cleaning deadlines and client expectations.Prioritise tasks based on site requirementsThe Person: Exceptional customer service skillsStrong attention to detailPrevious work experience in customer service employmentCurrent BICS QualificationsNVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essentialFull clean driving licenceAccess to own transportThe Mount Charles Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
