Drive transformation.**We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Technology Change Manager to lead some of the most high-impact programmes across our People, Procurement and Property (PPP) technology landscape. This is not a project manager role, it’s a senior change leadership position where you’ll own and drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes that transform how our people experience technology.You’ll be at the heart of our digital evolution, leading initiatives like Workday deployments, digital experience rollouts, and wider systems change. You’ll manage a portfolio of programmes, and be responsible for senior stakeholder engagement, governance, and adoption strategies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring change lands well and delivers real value.**What you’ll be doing*** Leading strategic technology change programmes across ERP systems acting as the Programme Manager over multiple competing projects* Acting as the technology workstream lead on cross-functional initiatives* Owning change governance, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning* Managing a team of 6–7 (mix of project managers and business analyst* Driving digital-first and AI-enabled transformation* Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across BGIUK and Group units* Delivering intuitive, user-focused solutions that simplify complexity**What we’re looking for*** Proven experience leading large-scale ERP tech change programmes.* Strong background in Agile and SDLC methodologies* Excellent stakeholder management, budget management and communication skills* Experience with people systems like Workday or similar platforms* An excellent people leader who can lead direct and matrix teams successfully including current and future skills development* A digital mindset and passion for innovation* Leadership experience with cross-functional teams* Analytical thinking and a focus on user experience**Benefits** Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
