Receptionist / Administrator
Location:
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday – Friday shifts could be between 7am – 8am and occasional Saturdays.
Salary: £26,800 + fantastic benefits

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at the Chelsea clinic. In this role, you will provide essential front of house and back-office support to ensure our patients receive outstanding service from entering the clinic until after they leave. The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, but with the support of your colleagues and team leader, you will finish each day knowing you have made a meaningful difference to every customer.
You'll help us make health happen by:
1. Work on reception, greeting customers and helping make their appointment as smooth and friendly as possible
2. Supporting our clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing them to focus fully on patient care
3. Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly, including handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices, and organising delivery notes
4. Working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
5. Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality, experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
6. Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
7. Strong time management skills and flexibility – you will need to adapt quickly and support different areas throughout your shift
8. Excellent attention to detail, along with solid computing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
