Esland’s Little Owls Home, rated Good by Ofsted, is looking for a Senior Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our passionate, dedicated team. Every day here is full of purpose, growth, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

Key Activities
* Outdoors & experiences: horse riding, museum visits, trips to parks, shopping, and meals out
* Indoors: baking, gaming, movies, Minecraft, and drama
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
* Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
* Work as part of a dedicated team in a 365‑day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7:30 am–11 pm), including sleep‑in nights.
Earnings
* Annual salary: £35,129 – £38,554 (based on £13.80–£15.45 per hour plus 8 sleep‑ins/month; dependent on qualifications). Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026.
* Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
* Experience in residential childcare.
* Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
