Job Type: Fixed Term Contract - until 19th December 2025
Location: This role can be based in Edinburgh, London, Wythall, or hybrid with some expectation to be in the office to support project delivery and team activities.
Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share, and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and how to balance this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits: £52,500 - £60,000 pro rata DOE plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3 volunteering days, and more.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our People function change team. The role involves leading the design, planning, and delivery of critical colleague-centric projects that will impact the organization. The initial project will focus on optimizing self-service, core process improvements, and technology enhancements such as live chat, digital assistants, and Oracle AI.
What are we looking for?
* Proven track record in delivering complex cross-functional projects in financial services.
* Experienced in director-level stakeholder management, both face-to-face and in managing steerco-level conversations and presentations.
* Proven experience managing projects within tight timescales in a regulated business, on budget.
* Experience in Oracle HCM and HR projects is a significant advantage.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to run workshops and deliver critical and complex messages to peers and stakeholders.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for various audiences and ensure complex concepts are appropriately communicated.
