Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with brand standards and business objectives
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
• The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
• You must have minimum 2 years experience as Hotel Manager, AGMs of large hotels in key cities may be considered
• Proven track record to drive top line revenue and motivate your team to do the same
• For the successful applicant, the role offers the chance to contribute to the successes of the two superbly positioned hotels in a competitive market while providing individual challenge and personal development
