About the pub
The Hoghton Arms in Withnell is a charming country pub set just off a major road network — the perfect stop-off for destination diners, dog walkers and locals alike. With a spacious open-plan layout, cosy nooks for the colder months and a large beer garden and car park ideal for events in the warmer months, it’s full of country character and appeal. The pub takes approximately £23,000 per week, with a 30/70 wet-to-dry split, and continues to show year-on-year growth with plenty of potential still to unlock.
We’re looking for a guest-focused self-starter, who is passionate about delivering a great dining experience and is a lover of all thing’s hospitality. The right person will be prepared to push the boundaries and provide reasons to visit, making the big days bigger and having a genuine sales focused approach.
The 3-bedroom private accommodation is situated above the pub.
