OVERVIEW:
Reporting into a visionary HR Manager and supporting an experienced HR team, the role of Contract HR Coordinator is for six months to support the HR department with a high level of accuracy with all their employee related activities. This is a site based role working full time, although some flexibility around start and leaving times is possible.

Brief Description of the job:
- HR admin support and assist with investigations, disciplinaries, probation reviews and absence meetings - (taking 1st line disciplinaries).
- Support and assist in the recruitment process.
- Management of Agency ensuring headcount is accurate.
- Support and assist in the onboarding and induction process.
- Provide support and general HR admin support to the HR team (seeking accuracy, minimal management, attention to detail in all tasks, capable of working without supervision).
- Conducting data-driven analysis to identify patterns, trends and correlations within their HR data, providing insights and recommendations to improve the HR process.
