Job Title: Housing Officer Location: Central London Job Type: Temporary – 3 months ongoing Salary: £26.00 per hour LTD company rate | PAYE equivalent: £22.31 per hour (inclusive of holiday) Candidate Responsibilities for the Housing Officer Actively listen to residents and promptly address their concerns to foster positive relationships. Build strong, visible relationships with residents and stakeholders to enhance community engagement. Ensure ongoing maintenance of housing schemes, including repairs, cleaning, and grounds upkeep. Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases effectively and sensitively. Manage service charges efficiently and transparently, maintaining compliance. Collaborate with managing agents and contractors to deliver high-quality resident services. Conduct regular estate inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Proactively respond to resident needs and uphold high standards of service delivery.Candidate Requirements Proven experience in housing or property management, ideally within a similar Housing Officer role. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Tenacity, resilience, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Effective analytical and negotiating skills. Team-oriented with IT proficiency and attention to detail.
