Executive Assistant | North London Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. You will be required to deliver efficient, professional and dependable administrative assistance, with a primary focus on supporting the Managing Director, while also providing broader support to members of the senior leadership group. Responsibilities span a diverse range of administrative and organisational activities. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Optimises executive time by managing correspondence, drafting emails and preparing written communications on their behalf. Manages and coordinates leadership team diaries, including the scheduling of meetings, conferences, virtual meetings and travel arrangements. Acts as a first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional welcome and responding to or directing enquiries as appropriate. Coordinates catering arrangements for on-site meetings and visitors, liaising with internal catering services as required. Key Experience: Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organisational capabilities. Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and the ability to think laterally to identify effective solutions to problems. Able to manage and balance competing priorities, activities and resources to meet the needs of multiple key stakeholders.
