Job Summary
Equans is recruiting a part‑time Helpdesk Administrator for the estates team at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. This is a permanent role of 25 hours per week, from 17:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Provide a customer‑focused helpdesk service, accurately handling all client/customer requests and managing complaints sensitively and efficiently.
* Answer calls during and outside of hours in a professional manner.
* Support the planned maintenance programme by printing job dockets and returning them to the system upon completion.
* Provide professional support to customers and their needs.
* Assist with administration tasks within the department.
Qualifications
* Experience providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and management systems.
* Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
* Capability to multi‑task in a busy work environment.
* Previous experience in a customer‑service/call‑centre role is desirable.
* Experience using a CAFM system (e.g., Maximo) is desirable.

25 hours per week, from 17:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday. Location: John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
