About the role
* Provide deskside and remote support for a variety of technologies including M365, Entra ID, Intune, and Sharepoint.
* Respond promptly to tickets, email, and phone queries to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows laptops, Apple Macbooks, and mobiles.
* Perform security-related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding users and preparing laptops for new employees.
* Supporting enterprise tools such Salesforce, Slack and Jamf.
* Adhere to IT best practices and support continuous improvements across the IT function.

Qualifications
* Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint.
* Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Apple macOS, and mobile devices.
* Exposure to endpoint management (e.g. MDM), Active Directory, and Office 365 Security & Compliance.
* Awareness of network devices (e.g. switches, access points, printers, video conferencing) and basic troubleshooting.
* Previous experience in an IT support role is an advantage but not required.
* CompTIA A+ or Network+.
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
* HNC/HND or foundation degrees in IT-related fields.
