Senior Admin Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Craigavon

1. £14.35 per hour
2. Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
3. 37 hours a week
4. Location: Marlborough House, Craigavon
5. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
6. Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
8. To provide comprehensive administrative support related to the work of Land & Regeneration Services business unit objectives;
9. To assist in the administration of applications and submissions on a range of Land & Regeneration Service functions.
10. To assist in the preparation and development of statistical information and management reports.
11. Assist in the implementation and review of policies and procedures.
12. Assist with the preparation of written reports for senior management on a range of Land & Regeneration Service functions.
13. Maintenance and development of Land & Regeneration Service databases or IT support systems using Microsoft packages including e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel or Access.
14. Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including other statutory bodies and agencies, housing associations, voluntary sector groups and other relevant stakeholders as required.
What you'll need for this role:
15. Candidates must have a BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification plus 1 year of relevant general administrative experience.
16. OR BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus 2 years of relevant general administrative experience.
17. Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience may also be considered.
18. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
