Senior People Partner – McLaren Racing Commercial (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Your Mission
1. Shape & evolve the Commercial People Plan.
2. Embed high-performance culture.
3. Be the go-to HR lead for everything from ER to recruitment, reward, and operational execution.
4. Build strong, anticipatory relationships with Commercial leadership - solving problems, not just spotting them.
5. Use commercial instincts to navigate ambiguity and deliver pragmatic, data-led, compliant HR solutions.

The Ideal Person
6. A trusted advisor at a senior BP level, equally confident working with Leadership Teams or rolling up your sleeves.
7. A flexible, results-oriented communicator—calm under pressure and thrives in the grey.
8. Plenty of experience operating at this level with sharp skills in HR analytics, ER, and organisational design.
9. Passionate about sport, media, partnerships, or agency culture—and ready to deliver real commercial impact.

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking.
Our state of the art, sustainable campus offers many facilities including a gym, restaurant and indoor and outdoor break-out areas, as well as direct access to park and common land. The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30 minute train ride.
