Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated  Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and team management experience. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of our offices, including maintaining a positive work environment, supporting employees, managing administrative and office staff and assisting with various operational and strategic initiatives.

Duties

* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised environment.
* Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to achieve operational goals, including recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations.
* Develop and implement office procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety regulations and GDPR.
* Assist with strategic planning and decision-making.
* Address operational issues and challenge proactively, implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
* Maintain and update files, records, and databases using our systems.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments as required.
* Manage office events and activities.

Requirements

* Proven experience in Administration Management (minimum of 4 years) with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for improving processes.

Terms & Conditions

Salary offered will be based on experience and will be pro rata based on an FTE - £38,000 to £42,000.
