Start Date: ASAP (subject to clearance)
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with occasional coverage between 8AM-6PM)
Location: Glasgow City Centre - working 3 days a week from home
Contract Length: 6 months with opportunity for extension
What You'll Do:
Take inbound calls and process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
Utilize your strong administrative skills and IT proficiency to manage and maintain records.
