Our client is a family run business within the retail sector. They are now seeking a CRM & Campaign Manager to help increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using insight and creativity to shape meaningful customer journeys and work closely with Marketing, Buying, IT and Operations. You will lead and implement CRM and member communication strategy, and drive the delivery of selected seasonal campaigns, events and loyalty programmes.
