Our client is seeking a CQC Registered Manager who is passionate, experienced for their new home opening in Redhill, Surrey. A 5-bedroom property, which will operate as an EDB (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home for 3 children. The start date for the Registered Manager is flexible and can be discussed, as the service is currently progressing through the registration process.
Requirements: Leadership and management skills within a healthcare or care facility context Experience with developing and implementing care plans and procedures Experience as a Registered Manager or at least 3 years as a Deputy Registered Manager in a similar setting Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage budgets and financial responsibilities Experience with building relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Relevant certification or qualification in healthcare management or related field Commitment to providing high standards of care
