The role: The team is a corporate workforce development unit of six, operating within People and Culture Services. This role involves close collaboration with a Senior Talent Advisor.The primary responsibility is to design, deliver, and evaluate learning interventions focused mainly on management development. Currently, a new modular approach to management training is being developed. Each module requires the creation of diverse learning materials, including face-to-face sessions, webinars, intranet guidance, toolkits, e-learning, blended learning, podcasts, and more.Additionally, the role will support other workforce development initiatives and wellbeing-related learning interventions.The candidate will also manage a central inbox to handle Learning & Development queries and will be responsible for writing intranet guidance and related communications. What the client is looking for:
Degree or NVQ level 3 in learning & development or related field or equivalent CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Proven track record leading and managing L&D projects end-to-end, using diverse methodologies and tools Skilled in evaluating workforce development impact via analytics, surveys, quizzes, tests, and business metrics Strong knowledge of talent management processes: performance, career development, succession planning, and engagement Excellent project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Proficient in facilitation, presentation, and coaching. Experienced in designing and delivering learning interventions including e-learning, webinars, podcasts, videos, simulations, games, assessments especially for management development Experience of Learning management system administration and creation of bespoke e-learning modules Strong customer service skills managing email and Teams inquiries.
