The ideal candidate will possess:
* A strong background in health and safety, preferably within the construction or demolition sectors.
* NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualifications.
* Proven experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and advise staff at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
