Commercial Property Associate/ Solicitor - 3 PQE - 5 PQE - £45,000 - £60,000
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (Associate level) to join a well-established and highly regarded legal team in Manchester.
The role is suited to candidates with a vast range in commercial property matters, and who are confident managing transactions independently and are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will handle a broad and high-quality caseload covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, development transactions and general estate management work. The client base is varied and includes owner-managed businesses, corporate occupiers, investors and developers, ensuring exposure to a diverse range of sectors and transaction types.
This position offers a strong balance of autonomy and collaboration. You will take responsibility for running your own matters from instruction through to completion, while also working closely with colleagues on larger or more complex transactions.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 - 5 years' PQE commercial property experience
* Experience managing a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals and leases
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and organisational skills
* Confident to contribute to business development and support junior colleagues
* Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams to support cross-referrals
