Your role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative (Jr. SDR) to join our growing team. This entry‑level role is designed for graduates and those early in their careers who want to break into sales, learn from an experienced team, and grow quickly. You’ll help us reach new customers across the EMEA region and learn the ropes of modern sales using the latest digital tools. No sales experience is required; what matters is mindset, drive and willingness to learn.
What you’ll be doing
* Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to generate new sales leads within the aviation industry (airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance organizations, and aviation regulatory agencies).
* Use email, phone, social media and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads.
* Research target accounts to identify decision‑makers and gather initial insights about their needs.
* Engage prospects to uncover interests and set up qualified meetings for the Sales team.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver targeted messaging and provide feedback on what resonates.
* Manage and prioritize your lead pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate data entry.
* Keep records of interactions and activities in CRM to track progress and performance.
* Stay up to date with industry news, trends and competitor activity to support effective conversations.
What we’re looking for
* A recent graduate or early‑career starter excited to begin a career in sales.
* Great communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
* Resilient and persistent; you don’t get discouraged by setbacks.
* Curious and adaptable with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn.
* Tech‑friendly — comfortable with MS Office and curious about using AI tools to work smarter.
* Organised and motivated to hit goals in a fast‑paced environment.
* K willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events or conferences.
Location: The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely while attending in‑person training sessions and team meetings as required.
