* Supervise a Grade 4 officer and four matrix officers embedded in arts organisations.
* Build and sustain partnerships with arts, NHS, IC/ICS, and community organisations.
* Ensure legacy planning for matrix officer roles post-contract.
* Translate public health policy into practice through creative interventions.
* Represent the council in strategic partnerships and public health forums.

* Skilled in relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Proficient in financial oversight, contract management, and project delivery.

Team & Culture

You’ll join a close-knit, diverse team that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. The team operates across multiple workstreams including community health, cultural intelligence, and ethnic disparity.
