Customer Service Advisor
We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Lettings Support Centre in Woolston. In this role, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Salary: £24,670

Key responsibilities:
Your main role is to support property management and tenancy administration, coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors, and arrange statutory safety checks.
Skills and experience required:
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Strong administration skills
* Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
