About the Role
As part of its global expansion strategy, we are looking for a seasoned and passionate Global Business Development & Product Alliances Manager to strengthen its European influences, brand presence, and sourcing expertise and to shape the brand’s future success. Reporting directly to the founder, the role will lead two main initiatives - executing international trunk show events and sourcing strategic brand collaborations beyond apparel.
The role focuses on expanding RRJ’s presence in global luxury markets—particularly in London, New York, and Dubai—through curated pop-up events and co-branded product launches aligned with the brand's heritage aesthetic.
Responsibilities include identifying retail partners, managing event logistics, and directly engaging with VIP customers. The manager will also develop and oversee cross-category collaborations, negotiating partnerships with like-minded designers and ensuring each project fits the brand’s identity and strategy.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or fashion-related studies are a plus.
