Civil Litigation Solicitor
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join our team in West Yorkshire. This full‑time role offers up to £55,000 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a staff loyalty card, competitive pension contributions, optional health and dental insurance, and more.
Responsibilities
* Act for clients in consumer contract (new build and misrepresentation) and professional negligence claims, managing cases from initial assessment through to final hearing and enforcement across fast, intermediate, and multi‑track cases.
* Contribute to departmental improvement and supervise junior team members, supporting initiatives that enhance best practices and customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified solicitor or legal executive in consumer contract disputes and professional negligence claims.
* Strong track record managing fast‑track, intermediate, and multi‑track litigation.
* Excellent communication, case‑management and client‑service skills.
