Store Manager Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of your store. You will lead from the front in a role that can be challenging and demanding, focusing on maximising sales through your local knowledge, exceeding budget targets, controlling costs efficiently, promoting excellent customer service, and inspiring your team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Achieve optimum sales through commercial strategies, ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Support, develop, and mentor your team to maintain high store standards and provide the best customer experience to encourage repeat business.
* Maintain store standards and merchandising according to marketing guidelines, ensuring high standards of housekeeping.
* Provide a safe environment by implementing current health and safety policies.
