1. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues.
2. Support managers in handlingplex casework including performance management, attendance, and employee relations.
HR Projects & Initiatives
3. Lead and deliver key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, organisational restructuring, and change management.
Data & Insights
4. Analyse and report on HR metrics to support benchmarking and inform the development of HR strategies and solutions.
Policy &pliance
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
6. Develop and review HR policies to ensurepliance with legislation and alignment with organisational goals.
Reward & Recognition
7. Support the development and implementation of pay and reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Recruitment
8. Support with writing job descriptions, advertising roles and conducting initial interviews.
Skills & Experience Required
9. Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
10. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
11. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
12. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
13. Experience in managing change and delivering HR projects.
14. CIPD L3 qualification essential.
15. Ability to work onsite in Bradford.
