From planned maintenance to tackling breakdowns, youll be at the centre of ensuring our machinery operates efficiently and reliably.Youll also help drive improvementsfinding smarter solutions, learning from past issues, and contributing to continuous innovation across the site.What Youll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to a high standardResponding quickly and effectively to breakdownsDiagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faultsReading and working from engineering drawingsSupporting improvement projects and engineering solutionsManaging spare parts and updating maintenance systemsWorking safely and within all health & safety guidelinesSupporting and developing apprenticesWorking a continental shift pattern (6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am)What Were Looking For Time-served, multi-skilled engineer with 35 years experience in manufacturingExperience with print, cutting, or converting machinery (desirable)Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systemsNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in EngineeringAbility to think creatively and solve complex problemsComfortable using systems and basic IT toolsFlexibility to cover both sites when requiredWho You Are Reliable, proactive, and take pride in your workA strong team player who can also work independentlyCalm under pressure with a can-do attitudeWell-organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentA great communicator with a strong work ethicWhy Join Us?
