As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for a medium sized portfolio of clients
You will be delivering multiple assignments to agreed deadlines, reporting directly to Senior Managers, Directors and Partners.The team's Non-Profit clients include charities, schools, colleges, membership bodies, religious organisations, as well as some commercial clients.This is a role for an excellent communicator, who has the ability to explain accounting concepts to clients, and has the confidence and credibility to attend board and subcommittee meetings and to participate in tender activity. You will be fully immersed in the sector and the area, attending client premises, seminars and the occasional evening event.You will be contributing to the overall growth and management of the firm. You will also take responsibility for developing junior staff and will support the firm`svalues and act as a role model for your team members.
