This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You will work in accordance with established policies, procedures, and internationally recognised management systems (ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001), providing hands on support across all disciplines within the organisation

Primary Responsibilities

* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
* Ensuring all activities undertaken are in compliance with the SEL ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001 Management Systems.
* Provide support to all disciplines within the Company’s organisation.
* Provide support for Quality related issues.
* Attend production and shipping interface meeting where required.
* Perform PDQR duties in accordance with applicable customer requirements and training.
* Control of non-conforming product.
* Review of client quality requirements/specifications/drawings to ensure compliance.
* Coordination and prioritization of QC shipping responsibilities.
* Ensure tasks are allocated in accordance with competency requirements.
* Review of completed job packs prior to dispatch to ensure that Score and customer requirements are satisfied.
* Inspection of completed jobs prior to dispatch to customers.
* Undertake internal and external training to ensure job performance competency.
* Adherence to company requirements in respect to health, safety and environmental aspects.
* Provide assistance in the continuous improvement of the company’s QHSE management systems.
* Where required substantiate product acceptance through the use of calibrated measuring equipment.
* Completion of documentation relevant to work scope.
* Perform in process audits.
* Review of applicable process and procedures and implement improvements where applicable.
* Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.


Qualifications and Experience

* Strong knowledge of management system standard ISO 9001 (essential).
* Knowledge of HSE requirement (desirable).
* Experience in the use of measuring equipment (essential).
* Familiar with pressure / flow measurement (desirable).
* Review of technical drawings and specifications (essential).


Behaviours and Skills

* Must be an effective communicator, particularly in producing written reports.
* Requires ability to interpret work processes / job histories and make informed judgements.
* Must be able to work on your own following training.
* Able to work with and train apprentices.
* Must have the capability to become product familiar.
* Meticulous attention to detail (essential).
* Use of measuring equipment (essential).
