Teaching Personnel is recruiting Education Support Workers for a comprehensive secondary school in Sunderland known for academic success and its commitment to honesty, respect, compassion, and integrity.

Responsibilities
* Support students\' learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
* Assist with tailored strategies, learning plans, and behaviour support
* Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
* Work with teachers and the SENCO to provide individual and small-group support
* Monitor progress and share feedback with staff and families
What We\'re Looking For
* Degree in Psychology, Childcare, Early Years, or a related subject
* Passion for working with young people and supporting their growth
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Experience with children through placements, volunteering, or similar settings (desirable)
* Adaptable, proactive, and committed to safeguarding (DBS required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
