Key Responsibilities
Operate The Boathouse as a proactive Self-Employed Operator
Lead a high-volume food and beverage operation with strong seasonal peaks
Recruit, manage and pay your team through your own limited company
Take full responsibility for staffing and payroll.
Deliver exceptional fresh food, drink service and guest experience
Drive sales across wet, food and accommodation revenue streams

Proven experience managing a large, high-volume pub/restaurant operation
Strong fresh food and kitchen management capability
Comfortable leading large teams, especially during busy summer periods
Commercial mindset with P&L confidence and turnover focus
