We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team, specialising in the digital and tech space. This is a fantastic chance to own your own desk, manage multiple client accounts, and make a real impact within a supportive, values‑driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within digital, tech, or related sales roles.
* Confident in full‑cycle (360) recruitment with a consultative, client‑focused approach.
* You know your numbers and have a strong track record of delivering results and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Comfortable managing multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously.
* Commercially‑minded, motivated to grow a niche, and committed to quality placements.
* Someone who values fit, longevity, and making the right match for both client and candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and company culture.
* Match candidates on both technical skills and cultural fit.
* Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement.
* Stay ahead of market trends and help shape your desk’s direction.
