A leading Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior Partners in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The Role
You will act as a trusted right hand to senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination of business and personal commitments. The position requires precision, efficiency and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Activities
* Complex diary management across multiple time zones
* Coordination of international travel, itineraries and logistics
* Preparation of board packs, presentations and investor materials
* Managing confidential documents and sensitive information
* Liaising with investors, portfolio companies and external advisers
* Meeting coordination, minute-taking and follow-ups
* Screening calls and correspondence
* Event planning and support for investor meetings
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be professional, resilient and solutions-focused, with experience supporting senior executives within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management or a similar high-performance environment.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant at C‑suite or Partner level
* Experience within Private Equity or Financial Services preferred
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
* Absolute discretion and confidentiality
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Calm, composed and adaptable under pressure
