Backed by avisionary Director and RI, this home is a haven for its young people and a launchpad for an inspiring leader ready to shape its future. With real plans to grow the group in the future, you'll be joining at exactly the right time tomake your mark.
About the Home:
* 4-bed EBD children’s home
* Currently supporting 2 settled young people (both in full-time education)
* Team of approx. 10 (including bank)
* Spacious property with its own gym, large garden & dedicated staff space

What you’ll bring:
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
* At least 2 years in a leadership role in an Ofsted- Registered children’s home
* Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding and driving quality
