Company Description
This position is responsible for the set up and clearing of the outlet. Serve food and beverages to guests according to service rules, policies, procedures, and etiquette.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Present a pleasant personality and good manners when interacting with patrons and staff.
2. Check and ensure the outlet setup meets the standards or management instructions.
3. Greet patrons warmly and escort them to their tables.
4. Pick up and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
5. Serve beverages and snacks according to service standards.
6. Thank patrons upon departure.
7. Clear and tidy tables swiftly after patrons leave, removing all soiled items.
8. Assist the station captain as needed.
9. Be flexible to work in other sections as assigned.
10. Learn and remember patron preferences for personalized service.
11. Maintain proper stock levels at side stations and ensure equipment cleanliness.
12. Manage linen exchange and ensure cleanliness and stock levels.
13. Clean and set up coffee machine mise en place, monitor stock levels.
14. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of menu items, preparation, and service standards.
15. Follow hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
16. Relay customer complaints to management.
17. Arrive on time in proper uniform, maintaining personal hygiene.
18. Participate in daily briefings and training.
19. Maintain good relationships with colleagues and other departments.
20. Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
21. Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and sufficient buffet items in case of buffet service.
22. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
