The Role
As Analytics Manager, you’ll lead a small team of analysts while staying hands-on with high-impact projects. You’ll set the strategic direction, mentor and develop your team, and ensure insights are translated into meaningful business outcomes.
* Lead digital analytics projects to optimise customer journeys and improve commercial performance.
* Use Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics if that’s your strength) alongside SQL for deep-dive analysis and segmentation.
* Bring a commercial lens to insight generation, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Support the introduction of more advanced techniques, such as predictive analytics and modelling.
Your Experience
* Strong background in digital/product analytics, ideally within a subscription or content-driven environment.
* Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, plus SQL (Python or R preferred, but not essential).
* Proven ability to lead and develop a team while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on analytics.
* Strong commercial focus and confidence in communicating insights at senior level.
