Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Housing & Public Protection Business Support Team, analysts, and complaints/review function
* Drive service improvement, innovation, and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes
* Provide strategic and operational support to the Housing & Public Protection leadership team
* Support the Assistant Director in the development and delivery of service priorities
* Oversee performance management, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
* Ensure effective handling of housing complaints, reviews, and customer feedback, driving service improvements
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus
* Manage resources effectively to deliver high-quality, efficient services
