The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business, helping to maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring office operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* General administration and accurate data input
* Ordering construction materials and tracking deliveries
* Organising and maintaining digital and physical files
* Monitoring and recording fuel intake and usage
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
* Providing excellent customer service to visitors and tenants
* Managing enquiries relating to hot desking, private offices, board room hireand leased units
* Supporting the wider team with daily operational tasks
Skills & Experience
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers and clients
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
