About The Role

As Graphic Designer, you'll join a small but highly creative design team, working closely with the rest of the team to bring visual ideas to life across a range of internal learning and development media. Your role will be central to developing high-impact, on-brand assets-from posters, to handouts to bespoke graphics for use within digital learning. You'll help ensure our visual identity stays fresh, engaging and consistent, supporting key projects that showcase our people, products, and values.

Role Accountabilities:

Design and deliver creative content that aligns with our brand guidelines, supporting a range of internal learning and development media.Collaborate with the rest of the Design Team to conceptualise new visual ideas that promote and protect our brand.Create materials such as posters, presentations, templates, and branded assets for use in digital learning.Support learning and development through photography, visual storytelling and digital asset creation.Maintain and update our branded toolkit, logo libraries, and image banks, ensuring all assets are up to date and accessible.Keep up with design trends, tools and food industry developments to continually raise the standard of visual output.Ensure excellent file management and administrative support for the team, including naming conventions etc.Proactively manage and deliver tasks delegated by the LX Project Manager, maintaining quality and timelines across multiple projects.Interface with other teams in Learning to check design is of optimum relevance to meet the learning needs

About You

You're a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.You have a relevant Graphic Design qualification and at least a year of industry experience, along with a strong grasp of visual trends and how to apply them effectively.You're confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on Mac or PC, and ideally bring experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and photography.Organised, collaborative and proactive, you thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance high-volume delivery with precision and polish.You're equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team, always ready to pitch in and elevate the work of those around you.
