* To manage the marketing output and collateral development of the ActivHeal brand across multiple channels.
* To develop annual brand plans for ActivHeal.
* To provide support and creative input to the Woundcare Marketing Team (both OEM and ActivHeal).
* To contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and support day-to-day activities.
* To create content (written, graphic, and video) for our social media accounts and other marketing collateral.
* Management of social media accounts in line with content plan.
* Creating and updating marketing materials using InDesign and/or Illustrator.
* Creating and monitoring email marketing campaigns.
* Monitoring and tracking marketing activity, including competitor analysis.
* Carrying out data analysis to support both the Marketing and Commercial teams with in-market sales dynamics.
* To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other key stakeholders outside AMS including agencies and distribution partners.
* To help with or take the lead on the organisation of conferences, events, seminars, and focus group activities.
* Conduct market research via depth interviews and/or email questionnaires.
Key responsibilities
What will this role involve?
* Delivery of annual ActivHeal brand plan for UK and Global.
* Delivery of annual social media plan including targets for engagement.
* Delivery of annual KOL engagement strategy to support NPD clinical insights and promotion and advocacy (in conjunction with Senior Product Managers and Brand Manager)
* Establishment of key KOL and other stakeholder relationships.
* Delivery of activity within the agreed A&P budget.
* Delivery and implementation of integrated marketing plan.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Generation of content for social media and other online platforms across multiple formats (written, graphic, video)
* Evaluation of campaign success and providing insights and recommendations.
* Input into the social media content strategy.
* Generation of sales materials and aids.
* Analysis of market data and sales trends.
* Organisation of events, conferences, seminars, focus groups including liaising with venues, designers, delegates etc.
* Monitoring and analysis of competitor activity.
* Designing external PR/advertising and publication plans and managing their implementation.
* Providing distributor support in terms of any co-marketing activity, promotions and supply channel support.
What we're looking for?
* Business or marketing degree or other marketing qualification (CIM Professional Diploma etc.)
* Previous relevant experience in medical device / healthcare B2B marketing.
* Previous experience working on a brand, ideally in the healthcare B2B space.
* Commercial awareness and business acumen.
* Copywriting and design skills (InDesign, Illustrator, and / or Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
* Creativity.
* An eye for detail.
* Drive and self-motivation.
* Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships.
* Influencing and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
