Overview:

Role &Responsbilities:
OutsourcingStrategy and Execution:
Develop andimplement a comprehensive outsourcing strategy aligned withorganizational objectives.
Identify potential outsourcingpartners conduct thorough evaluations and negotiate contracts toensure optimal terms and conditions.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to define outsourcing requirements andexpectations.
Vendor RelationshipManagement:
Build and maintain strongrelationships with outsourcing vendors ensuring alignment withservice level agreements (SLAs) and qualitystandards.
Conduct regular performance reviews identifyareas for improvement and work collaboratively with vendors toimplement enhancements.
Resolve issues and conflicts withoutsourcing partners in a timely and effectivemanner.
OperationalExcellence:
Oversee daytoday outsourcingoperations to ensure adherence to agreedupon processes andtimelines.
Implement and monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure and improve outsourcingefficiency.
Identify opportunities for processoptimization and lead initiatives to enhance overall operationalperformance.
TeamLeadership:
Lead and motivate a dedicatedteam responsible for managing outsourcing relationships andoperations.
Provide clear direction guidance andmentorship to team members to foster a collaborative andhighperformance culture.
Conduct regular performanceassessments and provide constructive feedback to drive professionaldevelopment.
Communication andCollaboration:
Collaborate with internalstakeholders to understand business needs and ensure effectivecommunication between the outsourcing department and otherfunctional areas.
Communicate regularly with executiveleadership providing updates on outsourcing performance challengesandopportunities.
