Responsibilities
* Lead QA efforts across a product domain or engineering team, setting direction and driving excellence.
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to embed quality into every phase of development.
* Build and maintain automation frameworks that support rapid, reliable releases.
* Own and manage QA environments, ensuring they reflect real-world conditions.
* Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Make informed decisions on release readiness, balancing speed and risk.
* Represent QA in stakeholder discussions and recruitment efforts.
What You\'ll Bring
* Proven experience in Agile environments with strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
* Expertise in test automation (API/UI), ideally within microservice architectures.
* Experience in performance, security, and other non-functional testing areas.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
* Agile and software testing certifications are a plus.
