We are recruiting full-time, permanent Sales Consultants to join our team in Bournemouth. You’ll engage with customers who have directly enquired about Private Healthcare Insurance through AXA Health. After an initial office-based training period of 12 weeks, you’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am–6pm with an early finish of 2:30pm on Fridays. The role involves office, client visits, and industry events as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in a customer facing role, either in person or phone based, is essential.
* Ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone and via email, translating complex information in a simple way whilst following a call guide.
* Customer focused, with the ability to show empathy and build rapport, listening and assessing situations quickly whilst conducting yourself in a professional manner.
* Receptive to regular coaching and feedback given by your managers, taking accountability for your own self-development.
* Motivated, resilient and ambitious with a determination to succeed.
* Highly adaptable to change and managing multiple priorities.
* It would be advantageous to have experience working in a target driven FCA regulated environment.

* Competitive starting salary of £30,525 with a salary framework up to £58,650 depending on performance.

Interview and Application Process
When applying for this role, you’ll be asked to complete several screening questions as part of the shortlisting process. If shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual first-stage interview between 11th and 26th September, followed by an in-person interview at our Bournemouth office between 17th September and 10th October. A precondition of employment is eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to close the advert early if applications exceed expectations.
