General hours are 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities. Hours and shifts typically fall on days, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings, nights, and weekends.


About Us

Chevron Traffic Management is a leading provider of Traffic Management solutions across the UK. As we expand our Urban Solutions Division, we are launching a new depot in Salford to support our growing regional operations.

We are seeking Traffic Management Trainees to build our workforce and deliver our projects.


Responsibilities of a Traffic Management Trainee

The Trainee plays a central role in our operations.


You Will Be Responsible For

* Undertaking traffic counts, contacting clients and subcontractors, and recording timings and near misses
* Maintaining temporary traffic lights
* Delivering and collecting Urban rental products
* Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment such as cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and others
* Assisting and guiding new trainees once qualified

What Good Looks Like:

* Full driving license with no more than 6 points; bans must be expired for at least 5 years
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Positive attitude
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Meticulous attention to detail
