Role Responsibilities
5. Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
6. Assisting with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities
7. Supporting pupils with personal care where required
8. Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviour
9. Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
10. Experience working with children with SEN (either in a school or care setting)
11. A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills
13. A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
