We're looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join our International HR team, supporting our offices across Europe (Dublin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Rotterdam, Warsaw) and Latin America (Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico).
What You'll Do
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across our international offices.
* Provide HR operational support including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, data management, and reporting.
* Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, SharePoint and iManage.
* Monitor key HR milestones (probation, fixed-term contracts, etc.) and liaise with managers/HRBPs.
* Run and analyse HR reports (utilisation, absence, attrition, timesheets).
* Support core HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions, salary reviews and engagement surveys.
* Contribute to international HR projects and new office openings.
* Ensure global HR policies and processes are applied consistently across regions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven HR coordination/administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confidence working across different regions and cultures.
* Experience with HR systems (Workday desirable).
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
