Housing Business Support Supervisor Location: Lyndhurst (Hybrid - min. 50% office-based) Salary: £35,646 per annum, pro rata (£18.48/hour) Contract: Temporary (Fixed Term until 31st December 2026) Hours: MondayFriday (Covering service hours 08:0017:15) The Role We are looking for a proactive supervisor to lead the Housing Business Support Administrative team. You will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting the wider Housing Resident Services team during a busy 9-month period. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of up to 3 Business Support Officers. Leading evidence gathering, creating timelines, and drafting responses. Triage damp, mould, and disrepair reports to prioritise repairs. Act as a Data Protection lead, handling FOI and Subject Access Requests. Provide support to the Customer Service and Operational Planning teams, including handling telephone, web, and email enquiries during peak periods. What Youll Need Education: A-Level or equivalent (Essential); NVQ Level 3 in Business (Desirable). Experience: Proven track record in office administration and team supervision. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and experience with complaint management. Attributes: Highly flexible, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong communicator.
