Opportunity In this role, you’ll support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing all aspects of construction schemes on site, ensuring effective subcontract and labour management, accurate cost and value control, and robust reporting within an NEC contract environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clear and accurate commercial information, providing the insight needed to satisfy both our customer and Morgan Sindall’s reporting requirements, while contributing to the successful delivery of projects across the framework. What We’re Looking For Experience in rail or large-scale civil engineering projects. Working knowledge of NEC contracts Strong skills in maintaining commercial records, reporting and forecasting. Experience in procurement, contract preparation and cost control. Good stakeholder and client relationship skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels. A detail-focused, proactive approach with a drive to deliver results. This role would suit an ambitious, driven individual who embraces the challenge of working within a high performing and supportive team.
